Sales prospecting & outreach

You have the list. That was never the hard part.

Anyone can buy ten thousand rows. The work is knowing which forty are worth a call this month. Then writing something that does not look like the last one they deleted.

The real cost

Sound familiar?

Teams come to us with outbound that already runs. It is usually one of these that stalled it — and often more than one.

Let's fix it together →
"We bought a list. Nobody knows why those companies are on it."

Filters set once, exported, handed over. The reasoning left with whoever built it.

"We sent from our main domain. Now nothing lands."

Volume from a cold domain goes to spam, and a burned domain stays burned. The repair costs more than the wait would have.

"Personalisation is a first name at the top."

A merge field on a paragraph anyone could have received. The reader can tell, and answers accordingly.

"Someone replied and still got two more follow-ups."

The first real conversation of the quarter, undone by a schedule nobody stopped.

"We know who opened it. We don't know who cared."

Opens and clicks are counted. Which company was worth calling is not.

"A rep spends half a day a week tidying the list."

Exporting, de-duplicating, checking who still works there. Every week, by hand, instead of selling.

What we build

Four parts, one pipeline.

Illustrative workflows

List building

Sector, size, the tools they run, how recently they raised, whether they are hiring for the role you sell into. Contacts are checked before anyone lands on the list, and new companies surface as they start to fit.

Scoring

Each company is graded against your own won deals rather than a generic ideal customer. Open any account and the evidence behind its number is there to read.

Domain warm-up

A separate sending domain, brought up in stages across roughly two weeks before it carries real volume. Nobody can compress that, so we start it on day one and build everything else alongside.

Sequences

Short, written for the segment rather than the individual, and they stop themselves when a reply arrives. Nothing goes out on a Friday afternoon to someone who answered on Tuesday.

Before any of it

Nothing is sent before this.

01

Map

Who buys from you now, which deals actually closed, and what today's outbound returns.

02

Score

The profile comes out of your own history rather than a workshop. You see it written down and you correct it.

03

Size

How many companies match it, how many are reachable, and what a month of sending should realistically return.

04

Scope

Then the scope: what gets built, in which order, at what price. Warm-up runs in parallel, because those weeks pass either way.

Questions.

Is the data legitimate?

It is licensed business data, checked for deliverability before anyone is added. Personal profiles are never scraped, and nothing about your pipeline leaves your account.

Will this hurt our main domain?

No, because it never touches it. Outbound runs on a separate sending domain that we warm up first, so whatever happens to that domain stays with it. Your primary domain is never used for volume.

Can we use our own inboxes and tools?

Yes. Whatever your team already uses stays in place; replies and records land there rather than in a new tool nobody opens.

What if the profile turns out to be wrong?

You change the definition and the whole list is graded again within hours. This happens more often than people expect, and it costs nothing.

Who owns the list and the sequences?

You do, along with the sending infrastructure and the records. If we stop working together, none of it switches off.

See how many companies actually fit.

One call, no charge. You walk away with the count and the criteria behind it, whether or not you hire us.
