About
Flecta is a small studio. We build the software a company runs on: the site, the list, the panel, the wiring between them. We start by measuring what the current way is costing, because that is the only honest place to start.
Everything we build is written to be handed over. If you want us to stay, we stay. If you want to run it yourself, nothing switches off when we leave.
Where every project starts
We call it The Draw. One conversation, no charge. We map how work moves through your business today, then put a number on the slow parts. The document belongs to you. Taking it to your own developer is a fair use of it.
It exists because the alternative is quoting for a guess, and a guess is expensive for both sides.
The services
A site that stops going stale, because changing a line does not need anyone's calendar.
Ten thousand rows narrowed to the short list that deserves attention, and an opening line nobody deletes on sight.
The screen a team actually opens in the morning — shaped round the way the work is really done.
The handoffs that sit for two days with nobody late, timed first and then wired to run on their own.
An assistant drawing its answers from your own documents, and saying so plainly when the answer is not there.
Working with us
When something is live you decide what happens next. Keep us on and we maintain it, extend it and answer the phone. Or take the handover — accounts, repository, a written walkthrough — and run it with whoever you like.
That decision is deliberately made after the work exists, not written into the first contract. It is easier to judge a thing you can already use.
Bring the process everyone complains about. An hour later you will have it written down with numbers against it.
