This site is operated under the name Flecta, from Türkiye. We decide why and how the data described here is handled: in Turkish law the veri sorumlusu, under the GDPR the controller. Both mean the same thing. If something here is wrong, it is ours to fix.

Our analytics records that a page was viewed, which page it was, roughly which country the request came from, the site that linked you here, and what kind of browser and device you used. It does this without a cookie and without an identifier, so we can count visits but cannot tell one reader from another, or recognise you tomorrow. The script that does it is served from this domain, so reading this page contacts nobody but us.
Your IP address reaches our servers because that is how the internet delivers a page. It is used to serve the site and is not stored against your visit.
We keep whatever you send: your name, your address, and what you wrote. There is no contact form on this site, so nothing is collected unless you choose to write.
You give us a name, an email address and a time. We use them to hold the call and to send you the notes afterwards.
Visit counts rest on legitimate interest — KVKK art. 5/2-f and GDPR art. 6(1)(f). Knowing that forty people read a page and two booked a call is how a small business decides what to write next. Because the measurement carries no identifier, the balance falls in favour of doing it.
Email and calls rest on your request. You wrote to us, or you booked; handling that is either the performance of a contract or the step before one — GDPR art. 6(1)(b).
This site does not use cookies. No analytics cookie, no advertising pixel, no embedded player quietly setting one. That is why you were not shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. If you open your browser's cookie list for flecta.io, it is empty.

Local storage is a note your browser keeps for a single site. We do not write one. Unlike a cookie it is never attached to requests, so even a note we did write could not travel to us or to anyone else.
If we ever add something that does set a cookie, you will be asked first and nothing will load until you answer.

Fonts, images and scripts are all served from this domain. Nothing on this page reaches out to a third party as you read it, which is unusual and deliberate.
Booking a call is the one place you leave. That button opens Cal.com — their site, their privacy terms. Nothing is shared with them until you choose to go, and nothing on this page loads from them.
We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and no advertising network is present on this site.
Vercel is a United States company operating globally, so serving this site and counting a visit may happen on servers outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case we rely on the transfer mechanisms they publish — standard contractual clauses and equivalent commitments — and on the fact that what is transferred carries no identifier for you.

You are also free to complain to a supervisory authority: the KVKK in Türkiye, or the data protection authority where you live in the EEA.
Write to hello@flecta.io and say what you want. We answer within thirty days, which is the KVKK limit, and usually a great deal sooner because there is rarely much to look up.
We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting, but only where the request concerns data that is actually identifiable.
If what we do changes, this page changes with it. Where a change matters — a new provider, a new kind of data, anything that sets a cookie — we will say so plainly rather than bury it in a revision.
