Prospecting · outbound · CRM

We find your buyers, write to them, and prove it worked.

Most agencies tell you how many meetings they booked; we deliberately hold a control group back and show how many of those meetings actually came from the campaign.

  • Fixed-price setup
  • Monthly operation, stop any month
  • Results measured against a holdout

Services

First we build it, then we run it.

Setup is a fixed price on a fixed date. After that it is monthly operation — we keep the list fresh, run the campaigns, and hand you the measurements. You can stop the monthly any time; the system we built stays yours. We quote the price as one figure once the scope is settled on the call.

Prospecting

2 weeks

The answer to who you should be writing to. We identify the target companies and the right people inside them, verify the data, and keep it fresh.

  • Ideal customer definition and segmentation
  • Licensed provider data, with our own verification layer on top
  • Enrichment and monthly refresh

Sending and sequences

3 weeks

The part of the list that actually reaches someone. We build the sending infrastructure, write the sequence, and run the campaigns monthly.

  • Separate sending domains, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
  • Sequence copy and A/B testing
  • Campaign operation and volume management

AI-assisted CRM automation

4 weeks

Everything after a reply lands. A layer that sorts the responses and a flow that puts them in your CRM clean — no more manual entry, no more leads nobody knows who should call.

  • Reply classification, automatic follow-up, hand-off to a human
  • Connects to the CRM you already run (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • De-duplication, scoring, routing, weekly funnel report

List and deliverability audit

1 week

If you are already sending: who is your list actually reaching, and where does your email land? We audit both and hand back a prioritised report.

  • List quality: fit, invalid-address rate, freshness
  • Inbox placement testing and SPF/DKIM/DMARC
  • A fix list in priority order

How we work

We measure where you are first, then we build.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Which market you sell into, who you should be writing to, and where your current setup leaks if you have one. You get that map whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Build

One price, one date. Target list, sending domains and warm-up, sequences and the CRM connection. No hourly billing.

  3. 03

    Run and measure

Monthly. We refresh the list, run the campaigns, hold a control group back, and report the difference. We do not claim it works — we show it.

  4. 04

    Hand over whenever

The lists, domains, sequences and documentation are yours. Stop the monthly and the system keeps running — we are not selling lock-in.

Measurement

What “measured” actually means

We measure these six things every month and hand you the results in writing — three on the list side, three on the sending side. Most agencies do not, because most agencies only count meetings.

  • List fit

How much of the list actually matches the customer you described. What gets measured is fit, not volume.

  • Data accuracy

How addresses were verified, and the share of invalid records removed before sending. This is the line item that actually erodes domain reputation.

  • Freshness

When each record was last verified. B2B data decays as people change jobs; a list that is never refreshed quietly rots.

  • Deliverability

Whether mail lands in the inbox or in spam, tested with seed accounts. Not assumed — measured.

  • Authentication and complaints

SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment plus complaint rate; volume is throttled as it approaches the major mailbox providers' threshold.

  • Holdout attribution

Part of the qualifying audience is deliberately not contacted. The difference is what the campaign actually produced.

Sample report

What you get in the monthly report

We do not have a published client result yet, and we are not going to invent one — this is the structure of the monthly report, showing which fields it is built from. It gets replaced the moment we have a real result to show.

List fit
share matching the target
Inbox placement

Holdout delta

Funnel

Holdout — never contacted

The gap is what the campaign produced

Two tracks of cells. The group that was written to fills further than the holdout group that was deliberately left alone, and a bracket measures the distance between where each one reaches.

Questions

You are probably going to ask these

Where does the data come from?
We buy from licensed B2B data providers and add our own verification layer on top. We do not use scraped lists. For every list we put in writing where each record came from, how it was verified, and when it was last refreshed — those are among the things the monthly report measures. The legal basis for the data depends on which market you are writing into; we settle that alongside the provider agreement before setup begins.
Do you write to Europe, the US and Turkey the same way?
No, and the agencies that ignore the difference put their clients at risk. The three regimes are structurally different: the US runs on an opt-out basis, Europe layers ePrivacy — implemented differently country by country — on top of GDPR, and Turkey additionally has İYS. We build the setup around the market you sell into and put in writing what was done and why. We do not give legal advice; we recommend confirming with your own counsel before you sign anything.
When does the first meeting land?
Usually not before week four. New sending domains have to be warmed up, and skipping that to send volume on day one burns the domain in a way that takes months to undo. Anyone promising you meetings in week two is either skipping this step or sending from your main domain.
Do you send from our domain?
No. We do not touch your main domain at all. We set up similar but separate sending domains, so if something goes wrong your company email is unaffected. The domains are registered to you and stay with you if we part ways.
Do you guarantee meetings?
We do not. An agency that guarantees a number either manufactures low-quality meetings to hit it, or quotes a number low enough that it knows it will clear. Our commitment is on the measurement side: we show how many meetings can actually be attributed to the campaign, using a holdout. When the number is bad, you see that in the same report.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. We work white label for your clients and deliver under your name.

Let us talk about who you should be writing to.

A forty-five minute call. We map your target audience and, if you have one, your existing list and sending setup, and tell you where the losses are. You keep that map even if we never work together.
